well if you want a spot in kick clan you must have all of these, you must be atleast a chunnin, have atleast a 50 % win %. also you have to play ladders, I get really mad when I see people not playing at all. if you are working on a mission then that is fine. third you have to be friendly with the clan members. this is the requirements for the clan. also you can go look at the clan profile to see our ranks.
